Every imp we make is handcrafted and hand-finished by our Imp Makers, which means we can shape one around almost any idea. Your company colours, a mascot, a seasonal theme, a nod to an event, or a private joke that only your team will understand.
We have created imps dressed for Christmas, decked in steampunk brass, and painted in the colours of the city. Tell us what you have in mind and we will sketch out how an imp could bring it to life.

The more you order, the better the rate. That said, every imp is genuinely handmade and hand-painted, so we keep our discounts sensible rather than slashing prices in a way that would compromise the craft. We would always rather make something you are proud to hand over.
Lead times depend on the design and the quantity, so the earlier you get in touch the more we can do. Tell us roughly how many you need and when, and we will put together a quote to suit.

Common Questions
No strict minimum. We are just as happy making a single bespoke imp as a larger batch, though the better rates naturally come with bigger orders.
It depends on the design and the quantity. Simpler themes on smaller runs can be quick, while larger or more detailed commissions need longer. The earlier you get in touch the better, especially in the run-up to Christmas, and we will give you a clear timeline with your quote.
For larger orders we can usually prepare a painted sample or proof for sign-off before we make the full run, so you know exactly what you are getting.
Yes. You are welcome to collect from the shop on Steep Hill, or we can post your order out. Any delivery cost is included in your quote.
We can add a finishing touch such as a gift note or simple packaging. Tell us what the imps are for and we will suggest options to suit.
