As the home of The Ancient Order of Fabled Imp Catchers, we invite visitors to rehome handcrafted imps and become part of a centuries-old story that intertwines with the city’s heritage.
Yes! Please make sure to leave with a receipt, refunds will be given when an item is returned in its original condition within 28 days of purchase when accompanied with a receipt.
Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds if you return home and find that you do not have the correct number of imps you purchased.
Additionally, while our imps are made to be durable, we cannot offer refunds or replacements for imps that are broken or damaged once you have left the shop.
