In-Store Purchases
Refunds are available for items returned in their original condition within 28 days of purchase with a valid receipt.
Original condition means the item is unused, undamaged, and in the same state as when purchased.
We cannot provide refunds for items that are:
- Missing a receipt.
- Damaged or broken after leaving the shop.
- Mismatched in quantity (e.g., if you discover upon returning home that you purchased fewer imps than intended).
Online Purchases
Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt).
Refunds or exchanges will not be issued for:
- Sale items.
- Customised or made-to-order imps.
- Items damaged after delivery due to customer handling.
Processing Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of its approval or rejection.
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the return is approved, the refund amount will exclude the original shipping fee.
Exchanges
Online purchases can only be replaced if they arrive damaged or defective.
If you need an exchange for the same item, please email us at hello@lincolnimporium.co.uk within 7 days of receiving the product.
Items damaged during transit may require photographic evidence to process an exchange.
Returning an Online Order
To return an item purchased online:
Contact us at hello@lincolnimporium.co.uk for return authorisation.
Ship the item to Lincoln Imporium, 36a Steep Hill, Lincoln, LN21LU using a trackable service. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return.
Gift Returns
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to the recipient, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return.
If the gift giver did not mark the item as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
Exceptions
Refunds may be partially granted (if applicable) for:
Items that are not in their original condition or missing parts, where the issue was not our fault.
Returns initiated after 30 days but before 60 days, at our discretion.
